The Spa Attendant is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge, locker room, and other guest areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities.

A spa/sauna attendant performs support tasks to maintain the smooth flow of operations at spas/sauna, ensuring that clients receive optimal services. They focus on keeping the cleanliness of different rooms and areas, preparing the facilities, sanitizing tools and equipment, monitoring the inventory of supplies, and assisting massage therapists as needed.

SAUNA ATTENDANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain constant communication with reception to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with leadership team and management regarding any occurrences involving guests that require attention.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance services of interior and exterior for entire facility.

• Perform daily operations including opening and closing, facility inspections, and overseeing general facility maintenance.
• Answer phones and provide customer service.

• Change linens, make beds, clean restrooms Restock all guest room supplies, soap, shampoo etc.
